Crock Pot Elk Roast
2 to 4 pounds elk roast
1 large onion sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 16 oz can stewed tomatoes
Marinade:
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons cold water
Mix marinade together and pour over roast. Marinade overnight. Remove roast from
marinade and put in crock pot. mix rest of ingredients together and pour over
roast. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
